A and M Manufacturing is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. This is shown by our certification in AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
A and M's Quality Department, combined with our engineers, oversees all aspects of our manufacturing process. Our production begins with accepting a build to order product, designed by our customers. We combine our teams countless years of experience, combined with the latest software to create the best and most stable process that will be able to yield the highest quality product in the aerospace industry. Our inspection department also features the most state of the art equipment, including our Mitutoyo 700 x 1000mm CMM with articulating probe head, to ensure quality throughout the process as well at final inspection.
We are dedicated to continual improvement, as shown through our implementation of the 5S system. This has allowed us to operate more efficiently and more accurately, all the way through the manufacturing process.
