CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
A and M Manufacturing also does limited contract manufacturing of components and packaging for our clients. We have CNC milling and turning capabilities that support our own manufacturing operations, and we utilize this expertise to manufacture components for other industries and processes.

CNC Turning - various components manufactured from Carbon Steel, T316 Stainless Steel, 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, 360 Brass, and 4140 Steel.

CNC Milling and Turning – components turned and milled from 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 Aluminum.

Weldments – We manufacture welded components to our client’s drawings utilizing our fabrication and certified welding processes. This component is constructed of laser cut sheet steel and welded in A and M Manufacturing designed fixtures – this photograph shows the component prior to post weld heat treat.

 
Packaging – We package Compressed Air and Centrifugal Pump skids on a limited basis where the combination of components are not commercially available, and combinations of air coolers and pump packages. This package contains Duplex Boge 7.5HP compressors with refrigerated a dryer and multistage filtration, mounted on the air receiver for a compact package, and easy site installation.
