A and M Manufacturing's heat transfer products can be used for a variety of applications, and we can combine any of the tube bundles into one cooler package.  Our most common units are cooling a single phase fluid or gas, and a multi stream application may require a water/glycol section for compressor or engine cooling, an oil cooler, and multiple stages of gas compression.

Water / Glycol Coolers - One of the most common medium to cool for a wide variety of processes, we can offer coolers costructed with brazed cooper tube or welded steel and stainless steel construction.  Our ability to mix tube and bundle configurations allows us to offer the most cost effective solution for our client's needs.

Oil Coolers - Primary or Trim coolers for thermal oils, hydrualic oils, and lubricating oils.  Primary coolers for your process or trim coolers for a system that is not performing as orginally designed can be designed and manufactured for your application.  Trim coolers for turbine oil cooling are an economical method to augment an original cooler when ambient temperatures are high, power demands are at peak load, and you need to keep your turbine on-line.  Trim Coolers can be packaged with circulating pumps, filtration, interconnect piping, and UL controls as options.

Compressed Air, Natural Gas and Methane Coolers - Complete Coolers, Tube Bundles for Packagers, or Replacement Tube Bundles for Single or Multi stage compression of gasses.  We have the expertise to manufacture these bundles to ASME Code, and to even offer full Tube to Tubesheet welding on our "Slab" or Billet header designs for pressures up to 6,000 psig.
