Cooler Configurations
A and M Manufacturing builds cooler assemblies in a variety of configurations to meet our client's process requirements. Our clients can provide a general layout concept, or allow us to design and manufacture the most cost effective cooler based on the specifications given - either way, A and M Manufacturing provides the best life cycle cost solution for the application. Listed are the basic cooler layouts we provide, but we can design and manufacture coolers in any configuration required.
Horizontal Core / Vertical Airflow
Available in both forced draft and induced draft, this is our most common cooler configuration. This cooler design lends itself well for electric motor or hydraulic motor driven fan(s).
Vertical Core / Horizontal Airflow
Available in both forced draft and induced draft, this cooler design is an economical choice for even the smallest coolers…as small as 3 square feet of bundle face, but also cost effective for larger, multi-service coolers. This cooler design lends itself well for electric motor, hydraulic motor or engine driven fan(s).
Vertical Core / Horizontal Intake-Vertical Dischage Airflow
Available in induced draft design, this cooler design is cost effective for single or multi-service coolers, and allows hot discharge air to be directed or ducted away from the cooler. This cooler design lends itself well for electric motor, hydraulic motor or engine driven fan(s).
